Aditya Rath is a lead partner in KPMG India’s Customer Advisory practice. He has over 18 years of management consulting experience focused on digital, sales & marketing transformation, CRM, innovation & execution, program management and information technology.
During his career, Aditya has served clients across multiple industries, including retail & consumer, entertainment & media, transportation & logistics, oil gas & infrastructure and telecoms. As the KPMG India customer advisory leader, Aditya focuses on helping clients think about how to engage the marketplace and attract, convert, and keep customers to fuel profitable growth. He also works with clients to help them design and deliver relevant customer experience that drives engagement and results in meaningful and sustainable customer relationships.
He helps his clients develop and deliver leading front-office programs that provide sales, service, and marketing capabilities that harness digital and analytics to large organizations that are increasingly faced with market and technology disruptions. Aditya has worked with clients across the globe including North America, Middle East, and Asia (Singapore, China and Vietnam). He has supported leadership teams of multinational companies, family owned businesses, government, private equity clients and start-ups.
