Meet the Judges Our panel of experienced CX leaders have been carefully selected to assess the award finalists. The judges have categorised the core competencies of customer experience. Utilising their extensive industry experience, they have been assigned the important task of recognizing those companies and individuals delivering a superior customer experience.
