SAcsi's most recent Customer Index surrounding life insurance has put Metropolitan as the organisation that customers are most satisfied with, with Old Mutual coming in second. The South African Customer Satisfaction Index for life insurance comprises of three measurement tools namely the Customer Expectations Index, Perceived Quality Index, and a Perceived Value Index.
