As an International CX Impact Award Semi-finalist in 2018, and since qualifying in Brand Management, Communications, Marketing and having achieved my CCXP; I have built up a strong foundation of experience in an array of work streams. While in the research industry (FMCG) I enjoyed working with some of South Africa’s top performing brands where we endeavoured to master product category performance against competitors at price point and brand performance. Then going on to further my experience in the communications and marketing arena, I have had the pleasure of strategising, implementing and measuring campaigns, events, channel and content development as well as change management projects – all of which require a keen eye for detail, a genuine interest in the audience and a passion for the outcome. I have stretched my comfort zone in a diverse range of projects and company strategies which includes the successful launch of a radio station, the launch of various internal corporate channels and campaigns, developing sales strategies for technology consumer products in the financial services industry as well as public speaking and managing large-scale events.I have worked with and led phenomenal teams over the past decade which has produced a solid work ethic and tireless dedication to the team and work at hand. I work with devoted passion, energy, commitment, humility, transparency and integrity. I enjoy strategy – focusing on the bigger picture and finding innovative solutions to complex problems – and understanding the roots (objectives) of any marketing and communications strategy. With my qualifications, experience and people-centric thinking, I enjoy taking complex scenarios and breaking them down into innovative, creative and actionable goals. I am an energetically passionate team leader with a tenacious and charismatic interest in all outcomes of a strategy and “game plan”.
