Being on both sides of the table is one of my key advantage. My exposure has been that of the corporate world across many industries and always in the customer experience world. Having held many executive roles, with the last 6 years being that of Group Customer Experience Executive for Edcon and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Sterkinekor Theaters, I understand the customer experience landscape and its challenges but also experienced how powerful it is within your industry landscape. I create practical initiatives which address issues of internal misalignment, design the translation of the strategy from the boardroom to the coal face and help promote a culture of customer centricity. From tackling personal decisions to reaching important milestones, my job is to guide you on the path of success. As a professional Business Strategy Consultant, I’m fueled by my commitment to excellence and understanding the customer, failure is NOT an option.
