Job Description

In a unique initiative, the event will bring together the power team that manages Customer Experience within the organisations; from the client services, marketing, operations, customer experience, CX specialist, operations, business development and contact centre management teams, in a full effort to transform Customer Experience in the organisation.

  • CEM Africa is a strategic invitation only forum where attendees are able to engage in interactive conference sessions and educational workshops led in case study format. 
  • Kinetic will actively market your workshops to the delegates during the build up to the summit. 
  • Workshop sponsors will be provided with the opportunity to submit a questionnaire, which is to be completed by the delegates before the event. 
  • Each delegate has the choice of attending 3 workshops over the two days, which are hosted and presented by a particular technology or service provider.
