Olebogeng (Lebo) Khubile is Senior Manager for Client Operations in Medscheme overseeing the Bonitas Medical Fund Customer Service channel. Prior to this, Olebogeng held the position of Senior Contact Centre Manager and Multichoice (DSTV). She has also worked across various sectors (banking, insurance and telecommunications) as a Workforce Manager/Analyst .She is part of the senior management team that transformed the Multichoice SA contact center to the current world class contact centre and won the Global Contact Centre Awards in London and Vegas.She is passionate about customer experience, delivering an effortless experience to customers, resource optimization and driving positive change in client facing environments.She is the 2017 winner of Best Customer Experience in the Global Contact centre awards in London in the AMEA (Africa, Middle East and Asia) category.Olebogeng holds a BA in Communication Science from Unisa. She also holds several business leadership qualifications for Henley Business School and Gordon Business Institute.
