The Executive Head of Customer Operations Support at MultiChoice (SA), he is unrelenting of the fact that businesses are no longer competing with other companies’ products, rather the customer’s last great experience. It is why he makes it his daily mission to ensure that innovative efforts deliver the white glove customer experience, through the integration of AI.  

Together with his Operations team, Roland has spearheaded several successful developer platforms and machine learning initiatives, that built a seamless AI customer service experience of self-service automation, with human agents at the fore.
