Over the years, Siva has consulted on numerous business transformation projects including centralizsation and set up of HR shared services as well as the setup of finance shared service centres. He has led several business improvement initiatives amongst key clients in the customer experience industry both locally and within the broader African continent.
Siva is currently the managing director for NICE Systems Africa, the leading global enterprise software company.
