During her time at NICE, she have worked in various roles from Training and Consultancy, to customer success and now more recently Director of WFM and Performance for the EMEA region.

With over 20 years in the Contact Centre industry, from agent, team leader, to planning manager, she considers herself privileged to have worked for T-Mobile/BT Barclays and Barclaycard in her career.

She is a self-confessed geek when It comes to good customer service and customer experience and sees WFM at the very centre of this.
